Serenity is a collection in sterling silver, inspired by the flow and curves of the smoke of incense. Promoting a calm and peaceful environment, incense has been used for centuries for a variety of purposes; and Fei has translated this into stunning curves and waves of silver that exude the tranquillity and femininity of the woman wearing them.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us in our acceptance but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We aim to inform you within 3 days of placing your order (often much sooner and typically within 24hrs) if it is likely that we will experience any delay with your order.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct on the order form as a re-delivery fee will be payable for items that are not correctly addressed.
Orders sent to a work address or different from the billing address are done so at the customers own risk as deliveries can be accepted by work colleagues or associates and are relied upon to pass the parcel to the addressee.
We will arrange for delivery of the goods by Royal Mail or other services via a method suitable to the value of the goods. Postage and packing will be payable as set out below:
